Everything you need is one carrot and one red grapefruit.
Grate carrots in 0.75 l of water. Strain solid carrot. Add the grapefruit juice to carrot juice and let stand in the refrigerator.
Take 4 times per day. Good Luck!

I think GAC Fruit is the highest source of beta carotene in world. Gac fruit has 10x more beta carotene than carrots. XD
