Why Squats are the best exercise to increase Testosterone?


Squats help to release many anabolic hormones, including testosterone which is also responsible for increasement of strength.
The difference of strength between man and woman is the concentration of testosterone in body.
Testosterone has a relationship with the bone density. This makes sense to you? (females have a significantly lower density than men).

    1. Be careful! you might be doing the exercise with improper posture...
      Squats are a very intense exercise. I recommend you to take glutamine (muscle recovery) and a vitamin complex to enhance bone density.

  2. Probably are muscle problems or you may have a scoliosis (curvature in spine) that also causes lower back pain.

    When you do squats you should use a Weightlifting Belt. It helps you to distributes the tension for all column muscles.
